How do you dry orange peels quickly and grind them into fine powder?

I want it to be dry so that I can grind it into powder.
I've tried this before, but when I grind them, there are still quite a lot of remaining bits of the orange peels.
Any suggestions of how to dry them quickly and what kitchen appliances I should use?
I've tried using a blender (Magic Bullet) but it doesn't work. Should I try buying a coffee grinder and put the dry orange peels in there?
If I do that, will it be completely powder? No bits remaining?
and for the people who are wondering what i'm using the powder for, I'm not going to make a orange peel milk mask or whatever thats called.
I'm using it in one of my cooking recipes for it to have good and rich taste. I'm going to sprinkle the powder over it. lol

Get yourself a food dehydrator. It will dry them out very effectively. Also great for making fruit roll-ups or beef jerky, if you are into that.
A coffee grinder is what you need to be using to grind it up. And if you get it super dry, it should end up as a fine powder. You can do small bits at a time and it will make it easier on you. A coffee grinder is a great kitchen tool, and if you love to cook I'll bet you use it all the time. I have two, one for coffee and one for other stuff.
That sounds yummy....but I would totally put that on my face.
Thanks for the great idea!
