rancilio coffee grinder
first shot of coffee spitting out of machine?
I have a Rancilio single group coffee machine. Nearly always the first shot I make spits out of the filter and is bitter and unusable with no crema. The second one is nearly always perfect. I have the right grinder setting, amount in the filter, correct pressure, etc. Could it be too hot or something? This doesn't happen on more "professional" machines I use. Anyone have this problem or know how to solve it? I'm sick of wasting coffee! Cheers.
